If you enable Invoice sync, MConnect automatically creates orders in the connected platform and keeps the status synced. If individual invoices are not syncing due to an error, you can trigger an import for that individual invoice.
To trigger a single invoice sync
- Log in to the Seller portal and navigate to Integrations Manager (MConnect).
- In MConnect, go to Invoices and find the invoice you want to sync.
- Click the Sync to <name of the e-commerce platform> button.
To enable the sync button, these conditions must be met:
-
The invoice status in MConnect must be 'Paid'.
-
The ID in the connected service must be blank. In the example above, the ID is “Not yet synced to Shopify”.
Once an invoice has successfully been created in the connected e-commerce platform, the ID field is populated and the order creation status is set to 'OK'.
Checking the fulfilment status for a single invoice
Once an order has been successfully created in the connected platform but is still marked as 'Paid' in MConnect, you can check the fulfilment status in the connected platform by clicking the Check fulfilment status button.
You must also view the raw data received from the connected e-commerce platform.
After the invoice has synced, open the corresponding Magento order and check the order history panel. The Marketplacer invoice number should appear as part of the order record.
If you do not see the invoice number, confirm that:
- the invoice has been created in Marketplacer
- the invoice sync has completed successfully
