Shipping rules are controlled by your marketplace operator and may not be available in all marketplaces. Contact your operator if you need help with shipping setup.
Shipping rules let you offer buyers options that balance cost and speed by linking shipping zones, profiles, and rates. Operators set the business logic, and you can either use their rules or define your own.
Note: You can only see the number of postcodes in a zone, not the full list. Ask your operator if you need a breakdown.
How to view shipping rules in the Seller portal
- Log in to Seller Portal.
- Go to Shipping > Shipping Rules.
- If Use … defined shipping rules is on, these are the shipping rules set by the operator. If it is off, these are seller defined rules.
