This article explains the Store Information tab and how to configure your store information under the Account Settings section.

The Store Information tab is where you define key details about your store, including business name, contact information, address, and branding. These details help build your store profile on the marketplace.

Field Descriptions

Field Name Description
Business Name Enter the name of your business or store (Example: Home Furniture).
ABN Optionally, input your Australian Business Number.
Are you registered for GST? Toggle ON/OFF to determine if your store is registered for GST. Switching this toggle ensures no GST is calculated on your products, as all prices include applicable taxes.
Phone Enter a valid phone number.
Email Address Provide a contact email for the store.
Company Logo Upload your company logo. This displays on your ads and store pages.
Address

Optionally, enter the full address details, including:

  • Unit/Level: Specify unit or level (optional).
  • Street Address: Enter the street address (e.g., "34 Buckhurst Street").
  • City: Input your city (e.g., "South Melbourne").
  • Country: Provide your country (e.g., "AU").
  • State: Enter your state (e.g., "VIC").
  • Postcode: Input your postcode (e.g., "3205").

Update Store Information

  1. Navigate to Account Settings > Store Information tab.
  2. Fill in or update the required fields:
    • Business Name
    • ABN
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
  3. Use the Toggle for GST registration (if applicable).
  4. To upload your company logo:
    • Click on "Upload image".
    • Drag and drop a file or browse to upload.
  5. Save the changes.

Tips

  • Ensure your ABN and Email Address are accurate to maintain compliance and receive notifications.
  • The uploaded logo will enhance your branding on ads.
