Shipping rules are enabled at the discretion of your marketplace operator and may not be available in every marketplace. Contact your operator if you need help with the shipping functionality available in your marketplace.
Shipping rules let you provide buyers with options that balance cost and speed by linking shipping zones, shipping profiles, and shipping rates. Rules determine costs for an order based on the delivery address and the line items (variants).
Operators define the business logic for shipping rules, which is queried via the GraphQL API. If shipping rules are available in your marketplace, check with your operator for details on their setup and implementation.
To override operator-defined rules, you must create your own rules by setting up shipping zones and shipping rates first.
Note: You must use the shipping profiles defined by the operator.
