The Account Settings section allows you to manage key details related to your store, business operations, policies, and payment configurations. This guide provides an overview of each tab in the Account Settings menu to help you navigate and update your information efficiently.
Store Information
The Store Information tab is where you define key details about your store, including business name, contact information, address, and branding. These details help build your store profile on the marketplace. To learn more about Store information, see this article.
Business Details
- Business name: Enter the name of your store as it will appear to customers.
- ABN: Provide your Australian Business Number (ABN) if applicable.
- Are you registered for GST?: Toggle this option if your store is registered for GST. If selected, GST will not be calculated on your product prices (all prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes).
Contact Information
- Phone: Enter your primary contact number for customer inquiries.
- Email address: Provide your store's email address for communications.
Branding
- Company logo: Upload a logo for your store in supported formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, GIF). The logo will appear on your advertisements. Uploaded logo details, such as name, size, and format, will also be displayed for reference.
Address Information
- Unit/Level: Specify additional location details such as unit or floor number (if applicable).
- Address: Enter your store's street address.
- City: Provide the city where your business is located.
- Country: Select your store's country.
- State: Enter the state or region where your business is located.
- Postcode: Add the postal code for your business address.
Remittance Details
- BSB: Enter your Bank-State-Branch (BSB) code for remittance purposes.
- ACC number: Add your account number to receive remittances.
Additional Information
- Your description: Provide details or a description for your return address, webhook endpoint, or any other relevant notes.
- Return address: Add a return address description for internal use.
- webhook_endpoint: Specify a webhook endpoint for integrations or notifications.
- Send to this address?: Toggle this option if you want to use this address for shipping or returns.
Additional Settings
- Enable advert auto-mapping: Toggle this feature to automatically map adverts when importing data from external sources.
Business Information (Page) Settings
This tab allows you to enhance your store’s public-facing details and branding.
- Store description: Add a short description of your store that will appear on your retailer page.
- Show image gallery on the retailer page?: Enable or disable the display of a gallery on your retailer page.
- Images for gallery: Upload images to appear in your store gallery, such as product photos or branding visuals. Supported formats are PNG, GIF, JPG, and JPEG. Recommended dimensions are 784 x 480 pixels.
- Add your store video: Enter a URL for a video showcasing your store (optional).
- Product page information: Provide details to display at the bottom of each advert page.
- Opening hours: Add your store's opening hours to give customers insight into when you're available.
Store Policies
Use this tab to set policies that guide your store's operations and customer interactions.
- Shipping and delivery policy: Specify your shipping methods, timelines, and terms.
- Click and collect policy: Provide details about the click-and-collect service, if available.
- Customer service policy: Outline how customers can reach your support team for inquiries or assistance.
- Exchange policy: Define your process for managing product exchanges.
Payment
Set up your payment and remittance details here to ensure you receive payouts smoothly.

Payment Settings:
- Account name: Enter the name associated with your bank account.
- BSB / Swift code: Enter your bank's branch code for international or domestic transfers.
- Account number: Provide your bank account number.

Remittance Settings:
- Account Name: Enter the name of your remittance account.
- BSB / Swift code: Add the branch code for your remittance account.
- Account Number: Enter the number for your remittance account.
Billing History
This tab provides an overview of your past billing and transaction records.
- ID: A unique identifier for each transaction.
- Amount ex. tax: The total billed amount excluding tax.
- Tax total: The tax amount associated with the transaction.
- Date created: The date the transaction was generated.
- Date paid: The date the payment was made.
- Status: Displays the current status of the transaction (for example, Paid, Pending).
- Billing type: Indicates the type of billing (for example, Subscription renewal).
- Actions: Use the download icon to save or print invoices for your records.
Commission Packages
This tab displays your store's commission package details.
- Started on: The date when the commission package became active.
- Commission package: The name of the applied package.
- Version: Indicates the version of the package in use.
- Default rate: The standard commission rate applied to your sales.
- Custom rates: Lists any custom commission rates, if applicable.
- Apply on postage: Specifies whether the commission applies to postage charges.
Saving Changes
Always click the Save Changes button in each tab to ensure your updates are applied. Regularly review and update your account settings to maintain accurate, professional, and compliant store information.
