When adding a recurring subscription for your sellers, you will need to either enter card details on their behalf or ask them to complete this step via the seller portal.
You can make this choice when editing seller details by scrolling down to payment details.
Option 1: Enter the details on behalf of the seller
Option 2: Ask the seller to input the details themselves. You do this by selecting the seller to input payment details toggle as shown below
If this option is selected, an email is sent directly to the seller asking for them to complete the details, and example of this email is below
A seller is then directed to the seller portal to update their credentials, which they go to either via the link in the above email, or by navigating to payment settings via the options menu in the top right corner of the seller portal
After they have navigated here, they are able to add or update the payment details on their account
