If you are concerned about your retailers storing customer email addresses on a third-party platform, enabling this setting will prevent the Integrations Manager from sending customer email addresses on orders to their eCommerce platform. Note that this does not prevent customer email addresses from displaying on orders within their marketplace account.
To hide customer email addresses on orders, please follow these steps.
- Log in to the Integrations Manager through the selected retailer's account.
- Go to Settings, and select Exclude the customer's email address on orders sent to.
- Click Update settings to save the changes.
Note: This feature is only available for Shopify and WooCommerce.
