Our MConnect platform supports a large number of configuration options, which impact the way data is synced between Marketplacer and third-party platforms. If the behaviour of an integration changes, it may be due to a user changing the integration settings.
Marketplace operators can view an audit log for each seller using MConnect on their marketplace, which can help identify the cause of issues.
Access account audit logs
- Login to your marketplace admin portal, from here click 'Reporting' and 'MConnect Report' on the left-hand menu:
- From MConnect, click the 'Accounts' tab on the left-hand menu:
- You will now see a table with all the accounts on your marketplace currently using MConnect. Click the 'Audit Logs' icon on the right-hand side of the row:
- You will now see a table containing the details of changes that have been made to the settings for that account, at what time and date, and by who:
