This topic is for sellers who use Shopify to send product information to Marketplacer.
Possible scenarios for manual import
You may need to manually start a product import if you:
- Did not select the import option during setup.
- Not enabled automatic product imports yet.
- Need to completely refresh your product data.
- Paused the integration and wants to ensure that all outstanding updates are processed before re-enabling automatic product imports.
Data you can import
- all products and variants
- new and changed products and variants only.
Run import manually
- Sign in to the seller portal as a seller.
- Select Extensions > MConnect.
- Click Go to Integrations Manager.
- Select Imports.
- Optionally, deselect only process new products to import all products.
- Select Start Import.
- Select the ID to view the results of the import.
