Shopify integration for sellers: Check import status

As part of your daily operations, we recommend you check if the integrations are synchronizing data as expected. 

View the results of an import

1. Sign in to the Seller portal as a seller.
2. Select Extensions > MConnect.
3. Click Go to Integrations Manager.
4. Select Imports. The import logs are displayed.
5. Select the ID to view the results of the import.

View products (adverts)

1. Sign in to the seller portal as a seller.
2. Select Extensions > MConnect.
3. Click Go to Integrations Manager.
4. Select Items. The items are displayed.
5. Select the ID to view the item.

To view invoices

1. Sign in to the seller portal as a seller.
2. Select Extensions > MConnect.
3. Click Go to Integrations Manager.
4. Select the Invoices icon. The page shows a list of invoices. You can drill down into the invoice details.
5. On this page, you can:
   
   • Set Only export invoices created since the last export.
   • Manually trigger an export.

Restart an import

1. Sign in to the seller portal as a seller.
2. Select Extensions > MConnect.
3. Click Go to Integrations Manager.
4. Click Imports.
5. Click Start Import.
6. Select the ID to view the results of the import.
