Set up shipping rates (operator)

A rate associates a name with a shipping cost.

As the marketplace operator, you must understand the business logic that you have implemented for the interpretation of shipping rules. This determines the required shipping rates.

Create a shipping rate

1. Log in to the operator portal.
2. Go to CONFIGURATION > Shipping Settings > Shipping Rates. 
3. Select + New shipping rate. The New Shipping Rate panel displays.
4. Enter the Shipping rate name and the Price.
5. Select Create shipping rate.

Edit a shipping rate

1. Log in to the operator portal.
2. Go to CONFIGURATION > Shipping Settings > Shipping Rates. 
3. Select edit next to the relevant rate. The Update Shipping Rate panel displays.
4. Modify the settings as required.
5. Select Update shipping rate.

Delete a shipping rate

1. Login to the operator portal.
2. Go to CONFIGURATION > Shipping Settings > Shipping Rates. 
3. Click delete next to the relevant rate.
4. Select Delete from the confirmation message pop-up to confirm the deletion.
