After setting up your commission packages, you can assign those packages to sellers.
Assign packages to sellers one at a time
- Sign in to the operator portal.
- Go to Sellers > Manage Sellers.
- Find the seller and click the edit icon next to the account name.
- Go to the Commission Package Details section.
- Select a package from the Commission package dropdown.
- Select Update Account.
Assign packages in bulk using a CSV
- Sign in to the operator portal.
- Go to Sellers > Manage Sellers.
- Select Import Sellers.
- Select Download to download the CSV template.
- Open the CSV file on your local device using a spreadsheet program.
- Look for the Commission Package column.
- Enter the commission package’s name under that column.
- Save your file.
- In the operator portal, select Choose file and find the CSV file you edited.
- Select Upload.
Assign packages in bulk using a CSV to create a schedule
Commission package scheduling lets operators assign commission packages to sellers and activate packages at a future date.
- Sign in to the operator portal.
- Go to Configuration > Commission Package Scheduling.
- Select Create schedule.
- Click on Select Date and select the date when you want the schedule to go live.
- Select Download template to download a CSV template.
- Open the CSV file on your local device using a spreadsheet program. You only need the commission package name and seller IDs (go to Sellers > Manage Sellers and look for the ID column).
- Save your file.
- In the operator portal, select Upload spreadsheet and find the CSV file you edited.
- Select Create schedule.
