Operators can control whether financial documents are generated for each seller and whether wholesale fields appear in exported reports. These settings are critical for marketplaces that support both retail and wholesale sellers.
At a glance:
- You can enable or disable tax invoices, remittance PDFs, and commission PDFs per seller
- Exported reports only include wholesale fields when reporting-only mode is enabled for the seller
- Wholesale financial documents are only generated when:
- Wholesale is enabled for the seller
- The product variant is marked as wholesale
Control financial document generation
Operators can enable or disable the following documents per seller:
- Tax invoice PDF
- Remittance PDF
- Commission PDF
To update document settings:
- Go to Configuration > Finance settings from the left nav dashboard.
- Navigate to Invoice Settings.
- Choose to enable or disable the following settings:
- Enable Tax Invoice PDF download
- Enable Remittance PDF download

Enable Commission PDF download
- Click Submit.
Note: Disabling a document prevents the system from generating it for any order involving that seller, regardless of pricing mode.
Export reports with wholesale data
To include wholesale fields in exports, the seller must have reporting-only mode enabled:
- Display wholesale fields (reporting only): Shows wholesale and Recommended Retail Price (RRP) fields on adverts and variants. This enables sellers to include wholesale pricing in their export data, without affecting financial documents.
- Display wholesale promotional fields (reporting only): Displays wholesale promotional fields on variants and adverts, including promo start and end dates. This setting is used for internal reporting or planning, not document generation.
Affected exports include:
- Export order data
- Aggregated financial report
- Product-level financial report
- All Sales Report (Operator view – use field search to add wholesale columns)
Note: These fields are hidden by default. Make sure reporting-only mode is enabled to surface them.
