In a remittance email, an error message may appear saying that the contact name already exists. This may be due to data being out of sync between Xero and Marketplacer.
Error message

To troubleshoot
- Go to Sellers > Manage Sellers.
- Find the affected seller by using filters or by browsing the table.
- Click the edit button (
) next to the Account Name column.
- Go to the Xero section.
- Click the Refresh Xero Contact ID button.
