An Invoice has failed to upload from your Marketplace to the seller's e-commerce solution.
This email is notifying you that an order (invoice) has failed to be pushed from your Marketplace to the seller's WooCommerce store, resulting in inventory not being updated. The seller will not be able to dispatch the order through their e-commerce solution.
View invoices
- Login to the Integrations Manager.
- Select Invoices in the left nav bar.
- Click the invoice you want to view.
The error message we're receiving back from WooCommere is:
400 - Bad request, incorrect params provided
According to the WooCommerce API documentation, this error is the result of invalid requests, such as using an unsupported HTTP method.
To troubleshoot
- Confirm if they have changed any security settings on their server.
- Confirm their WooCommerce API credentials have not changed.
- Confirm the seller has set their permissions settings exactly as per this article. Please ask the seller to provide screenshots so the support team can review the settings.
- Confirm if the seller installed any plug-ins on their eCommerce store and if so provide a list to support.
