Shopify uses rate limits against their APIs to ensure that platform remains stable and fair for everyone. We suggest the seller reaches out to their Shopify account manager for information on their current limits.
Likely this error is being caused by the API being requested too many times, the maximum is 2 calls per second. There is more information on Shopify's rate limits here.
To troubleshoot
- Confirm with the seller if this Shopify is connected to more than two retailer accounts, as perhaps that's what causing the issue.
- Confirm with the seller if they have multiple APIs hitting their Shopify account.
