Some sellers need to meet specific informational requirements on customer-facing documents, such as including additional company information (e.g. board members or bank details), which might be required in some jurisdictions. Ask your operator to enable this setting for you.
Configure PDF footer text
- Sign in to the Seller portal.
- In the upper right corner, click the user icon (
).
- Select Account Settings.
- In the Account Settings page, click the Store Policies tab.
- Enter your preferred PDF footer text in the PDF footer text [invoice and seller credit note] field.
Note: Character limit is 1000. - Click Save Changes.
