Sellers can choose which products or adverts to set as click & collect. After click & collect products are set up, customers can order them, and you can then process the orders.
How to set up products or adverts as click & collect in the Seller Portal
- Go to Products > Manage Products.
- In the Manage Products page, use filters or navigate to the product you want to edit.
- Click View product at the far right of the line item.
- On the product page, go to Product Information > Availability.
- Select Buy Online and Click & Collect in the dropdown.
- Click Save changes.
How to process click & collect orders in the the Seller Portal
- Go to Orders > All Orders from the side nav.
- Click Show filters on top and toggle the Awaiting collection button. Click & collect orders will appear.
- Click View order at the far right of the line item.
- Click Ready for collection in the invoice window.
- Upon clicking the Ready for collection button, customers may be notified and Ready for collection will change to Collected.
Note: Customer notifications vary based on chosen email preferences. Some Operators prefer using off-platform notifications. Learn more. - Click Collected after the customer collects the order.
