Which seller portal am I using?
Two versions of the seller portal exist, differing in appearance and menu structure. The icon in the top right-hand corner of your seller portal will tell you which instructions you need:

Click & collect orders in seller portal 2.0
Sellers can choose which products or adverts to set as click & collect. After click & collect products are set up, customers can order them, and you can then process the orders.
Set products or adverts as click & collect in seller portal 2.0
- Go to Products > Manage Products.
- In the Manage Products page, use filters or navigate to the product you want to edit.
- Click View product at the far right of the line item.
- On the product page, go to Product Information > Availability.
- Select Buy Online and Click & Collect in the dropdown.
- Click Save changes.
Process click & collect orders in the seller portal 2.0
- Go to Orders > All Orders from the side nav.
- Click Show filters on top and toggle the Awaiting collection button. Click & collect orders will appear.
- Click View order at the far right of the line item.
- Click Ready for collection in the invoice window.
- Upon clicking the Ready for collection button, customers may be notified and Ready for collection will change to Collected.
Note: Customer notifications vary based on chosen email preferences. Some Operators prefer using off-platform notifications. Learn more. - Click Collected after the customer collects the order.
Click & collect in the legacy seller portal
Sellers can choose which products or adverts to set as click & collect. After click & collect products are set up, customers can order them, and you can then process the orders.
Set products or adverts as click & collect in the legacy seller portal
- Go to Products > My Adverts (My Listings).
- Click the edit pencil icon on the upper right of the individual product card.
- In the listing or advert page, go to Product details > Availability.
- Select In Store and Click & Collect from the dropdown.
- Click Update.
You can also configure listings or adverts through a CSV upload.
Process click & collect orders in the legacy seller portal
Sellers will be notified of click & collect orders through the legacy seller portal. After a customer has purchased a click & collect item, the order will appear under Orders > Outstanding or in an invoice in Orders > Order History.
- Go to Orders > Outstanding or Orders > Order History.
Note: When viewing the invoice within the seller portal, the postage will be $0.00. - Navigate to the order.
- Click Ready For Collection. The button will change to Collected.
- After the customer has collected the item, click the Collected button to receive the remittance from this order.
