You can edit shipping carriers, tracking numbers, dispatch date and/or add notes after an invoice has been dispatched.
Edit shipping invoice shipping details
- Log in to the seller account.
- Go to Order history.
- Click Edit shipping info.
- A pop-up will appear containing details for each of the shipments for that invoice. If the invoice was for a single product, you'll only see one shipment - but in the event that multiple products were purchased and dispatched individually, you'll see each shipment grouped together.
- Select the shipment you wish to edit using the tabs along the top.
- Fill in the new tracking number, carrier, shipped from address (if required), any additional notes and/or the dispatch date.
- Click Update.
